Cityhold Property AB buys 278,3 M€ prime office property in London
Cityhold Property AB is 2011 established investment company operated in cooperation with Catella and its asset management division Amplion. Amplion and Catella assist the company with resources and expertise under a long-term management agreement in Sweden and in Cityhold’s core markets UK, France and Germany. Cityhold is owned in equal parts by the First and Second Swedish National Pension Funds (AP1 and AP 2).
