Investment management mandate: ANL Kiinteistöt 1 Ky (September 2009)
- September 2009 a limited liability company, ANL Kiinteistöt 1 Ky, managed by Amplion Asset Management Oy, acquired 10 retail/office assets from German based real estate investor Trackside Holding Ltd.
- The assets in the portfolio are located in the CBD areas of growth cities all over Finland. Lettable area in the portfolio is approx. 50.000 m2 and amount of lease agreements is about 200. The main tenant in the portfolio is Nordea that comprises 75% of the total cash flow.
- Amplion was responsible for setting up the limited liability company, ANL Kiinteistöt 1 Ky, arranging debt and equity financing as well as carrying out the transaction. After the transaction, Amplion is responsible for asset management of the portfolio as well as administration of the limited liability company.
- Strategy of the project is to develop the properties by active asset management and sell the properties as a portfolio or single assets.
